Thank you for choosing our company for your phlebotomy needs. Our staff is experienced, professional and proficient in the field of phlebotomy. Our staff physician, Dr. Anders, is Board Certified and is skilled in Emergency Medicine. Judy Wagner, the president of W.T.I. has in excess of 20 yrs. in the field of phlebotomy, with 10 years experience performing Arterial Blood Gases. Judy has worked in all aspects of the field ranging from Hospital settings, Laboratories, Handicapped homes.  Ranging from the elderly to neonates.  Each of our instructors is currently working as phlebotomists in the local labs or hospitals.

    Wagner Training Institute provides a 20 hour course of instruction in the field of phlebotomy. The course will include the following:  A step by step procedure manual for each student, a formal lecture throughout the course, live demonstrations with syringe, vacutainer, butterfly, and finger stick.  Each student will perform 10-15 punctures in a controlled setting.  Students will be instructed on a one to one basis during each live draw.

    Each student will learn at their own pace; guided by our instructors that are very patient and willing to take the time to instruct, encourage, and build confidence.

    Wagner Training Institute is registered with the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education #3603331, is approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses Provider #11135, California Board of Licensed Vocational Nurses #B2023. (20 Continuing education units).  ICEMA Continuing Education Provider for RN's, EMT-P's and EMT-I's provider #62-2021 (20 units).
